This resource was developed to support rangatahi/young people who are feeling low, overwhelmed and/or who might be at risk of suicide. The Wellbeing Plan helps rangatahi and their support network (including whānau and supportive professionals) to develop a list of protective factors that improve wellbeing and protective factors, which in turn helps to reduce or mitigate risk factors.
