I am a registered Mental Health & Addictions Practitioner with over 18 years’ experience in health and social services.

I am passionate about working in suicide and bring grass roots experience supporting families and communities in prevention and postvention.

I believe any door is the right door when there are people with aroha and compassion to make a difference in the lives of others.

My mahi is head and heart led and driven by the same values that underpin the work we do within Te Aho.

Outside of work I love to spend quality time with my whānau, travel and workout in the gym.
