" I take pride in creating strong foundations so our people can focus on the kaupapa that matters"
I’m Te Aho’s Operations Manager, helping to keep our organisation steady, safe, and running smoothly behind the scenes. If it touches on human resources, systems, contracts, privacy, health and safety, invoicing, or compliance, it’s likely crossed my desk.
I’ve worked for the organisation for many years, and I take pride in creating strong foundations so our people can focus on the kaupapa that matters. My job is to remove the roadblocks and make things easier for those delivering the mahi.
I’m always happy to help with questions about how things work behind the scenes.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me with my family or enjoying the equestrian life.
