Clinical Manager Te Oranga Tonutanga Towards Wellbeing
Based in Kirikiriroa Hamilton
I tipu ake ahau i te ātarangi o Taranaki Maunga. Nō Airani, nō Tiamani, nō Ingarangi ōku tīpuna. Kei Kirikiriroa ahau e noho ana. Ko Lauren Gaffaney tōku ingoa.
I’m a registered Clinical Psychologist with experience in mental health and suicide prevention. My working life is shared between Te Aho, where I lead the Te Oranga Tonutanga Towards Wellbeing Programme as Clinical Manager, and my private practice. My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we come together, share the load, and move forward collectively.

Whānau are central to my life and values. I bring a sense of humour to my work and appreciate the power of a good laugh to connect, uplift, and reset. Outside of mahi, you’ll find me walking my kurī, spending time with whānau, or out exploring new places.
