Ko Leigh Harrington toku ingoa, he tangata Tiriti ahau. E noho ana toku whānau ki Hanana - te whenua o Ngati Whakatere o Raukawa – kei raro i te maru o te pae maunga Tararua, ki te taha o te awa Manawatu.
I was raised in Wellington, trained there in clinical psychology, and have been consulting for Te Aho since 2002 and am tangata Tiriti member of Ngā Pou Ārahi. My family live on a small faith-based cooperative farm. I love Shannon and value keeping my work with Te Aho grounded in our grassroots, largely bicultural, local community. I’m happy running in the Tararuas, swimming in the local river with my kids, and digging spuds. Tui tui tuia.
